Signature Trees
Why the Tree? In a lot of my pieces you will often see a tree. “Why?” you may ask. There are many symbolic reasons behind my use of the tree. Trees are a symbol of both strength and growth. Have you ever seen a tree thriving on the ledge of a mountain or in-between the cracks of a concrete sidewalk? Trees adapt and grow. They bend and continue to search for the light. One could even say that a tree is representational of an individual, a couple or even a family. One of my first personalized pieces was a watercolor and ink that I created for my husband and me. It hangs in the main hallway of our house, reminding us daily of our strength, both individuals and as a couple.
Signature Trees make great gifts for weddings, anniversaries, engagements and are extremely popular among brides and grooms when used as a unique center for a signature mat at receptions. Leaf color, tree color and personalization are all customizable. Signature Trees come in a variety of sizes from 5×7 to 18×24 and are sold with or without mats.
